I am excited to serve as the commissioning editor for this innovative publication. I work with Murray Sherman, the Editor in Chief of the project, as well as with the editorial and advisory boards, to create a detailed, encyclopedic map of the field.

We aim to create an authoritative, expanding, updatable digital encyclopedia which will grow with the field over time. Multi-media features embedded in the articles, along with cross-referenced links to related content, further expand the scope of the publication. With in-depth peer-reviewed articles and broad coverage of the field we hope that the Oxford Research Encyclopedia (ORE) of Neuroscience will be a valuable resource for students, scientists, and teachers.
